Terms of Use.

This website, sandlogic.com (the “Site”), is operated by SandLogic Technologies Private Limited (“SandLogic”, “we”, “us”), a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013 and having its registered office at 2nd Floor, Garuda BHIVE, BMTC Complex, Old Madiwala, Kuvempu Nagar, Stage 2, BTM Layout, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560068, India.

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Site. By accessing or using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

The Site is an informational and marketing website. It describes SandLogic’s products, research, and capabilities. It does not itself provide the products or services described on it.

No account, login, or self-service purchase is offered through the Site. Nothing on the Site constitutes an offer capable of acceptance, a quotation, or a binding commitment to supply. Any supply of SandLogic products, licences, or services is governed exclusively by a separate written agreement executed between SandLogic and the customer (an “Agreement”) — typically a master services agreement, IP licence, or order form.

Where an Agreement incorporates our Data Protection Addendum, that addendum forms part of the Agreement, not of these Terms.

The Site describes technology at varying stages of maturity, including hardware that is not yet in production silicon and software features on a roadmap. Statements about future products, performance, timelines, capabilities, or availability are forward-looking and are not warranties or guarantees. They reflect our intentions and engineering expectations at the time of publication and may change without notice.

Benchmark figures, throughput numbers, efficiency claims, and comparisons against third-party hardware or software are measured or modelled under specific configurations which are stated where practicable. Results vary with workload, model, precision, software version, and hardware configuration. Comparative references to third-party products are for technical identification and comparison only.

We may change, suspend, or withdraw any part of the Site, and revise any content on it, at any time.

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, diagrams, page design, logos, and software — is owned by SandLogic or its licensors and is protected by Indian and international intellectual property law.

You may view, download, and print Site content for your own internal reference and evaluation, provided you do not remove any proprietary notices. You may quote briefly from the Site with clear attribution to SandLogic.

You may not, without our prior written consent:

• republish, redistribute, or commercially exploit Site content;
• use our name, logos, or product names as your own or in a way that suggests endorsement, partnership, or affiliation that does not exist;
• use automated means to scrape or harvest the Site in a manner that imposes an unreasonable load on our infrastructure.

Third-party marks. Product and company names referenced on the Site (including but not limited to NVIDIA, AMD, Intel, Arm, Qualcomm, Cadence, Synopsys, and Hugging Face) are the trademarks of their respective owners. Reference to them does not imply endorsement by or affiliation with those owners.

Automated access for AI systems. We explicitly permit indexing and citation by search and AI answer engines as set out in our robots.txt and llms.txt. That permission is limited to what those files describe and does not otherwise waive the restrictions in this section.

You agree not to use the Site:

• in breach of any applicable law or regulation, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules made under it;
• to attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its servers, or any connected infrastructure;
• to introduce malicious code, or to conduct any denial-of-service or load-generating activity;
• to conduct security testing, vulnerability scanning, or penetration testing without our prior written authorisation (see section 10 on responsible disclosure).

The Site links to third-party websites, including research repositories, model hosting platforms, press coverage, and social media. Those sites are outside our control. We do not endorse and are not responsible for their content, availability, or privacy practices. Following an external link is at your own risk and subject to that site’s own terms.

You may link to the Site from your own site provided you do so fairly, without damaging or exploiting our reputation, and without implying an endorsement or association that does not exist. You may not frame the Site on another site without our written consent.

Our handling of personal data in connection with the Site is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In short: the Site sets no cookies of its own, has no forms and no login, and uses only privacy-preserving, cookieless analytics.

The Site and its content are provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude all representations, warranties, and conditions relating to the Site, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, timely, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Nothing on the Site constitutes technical, legal, regulatory, financial, or investment advice, and it must not be relied on as such. Content relating to regulatory frameworks (including data protection, financial services, and healthcare regulation) is general information only; you should take your own advice on how those frameworks apply to you.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

Subject to that, and to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable to you for any loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of business, loss of anticipated savings, loss of data, or any indirect, special, or consequential loss arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site.

Our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Site and these Terms shall not exceed INR 10,000 (ten thousand Indian Rupees).

This section governs your use of the Site only. Liability in respect of SandLogic products and services is governed by the applicable Agreement, and this section does not limit, expand, or otherwise vary the liability provisions of that Agreement.

If you believe you have found a security vulnerability affecting the Site or any SandLogic service, please report it to info@sandlogic.com with enough detail to reproduce it. Please give us a reasonable opportunity to investigate and remediate before any public disclosure. We will not pursue action against researchers who act in good faith, avoid privacy violations and service degradation, and do not access or exfiltrate data beyond what is necessary to demonstrate the issue.

In accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, complaints regarding content on the Site may be addressed to our Grievance Officer:

We will acknowledge a complaint within 24 hours of receipt and endeavour to resolve it within 15 days.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

The courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction, save that where you are a consumer resident in a jurisdiction whose law grants you the right to bring proceedings in your local courts, nothing in this section removes that right.

We may revise these Terms at any time by updating this page. The “last updated” date above reflects the current version. Your continued use of the Site after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend checking this page periodically.
